Durham is Four Months Old!

Four months old on June 5th, 2011.

16 lbs, 12 oz, 25.5 inches.  


Durham didn't sleep well this month.  He usually goes to bed around 8:30 pm, gets up at 2am and 5am, sleeps until 7 am.  He is eating 5 or 6 oz. per feeding.  He's becoming very vocal.  Lots of cooing and singing.  He especially loves to sing as he's falling asleep or in the car.  He has begun to grab at toys hanging in front of him.  He pulls toys to his mouth as well.  He is wearing size 2 diapers, 6-12 month clothing.  He is no longer swaddled or using his sleep positioner at night.  He smiles whenever someone approaches him.  He loves to laugh and be tickled.  


He also loves his bathtime.  He kicks and splashes up a storm during each bath.  He has begun sucking/chewing on his thumb and hates his pacifier.  It took him all month to be able to find his thumb.  He would push his whole fist in his mouth trying to find it.  He especially doesn't like loud noises.  He cries and gives a terrified look when anything too noisy happens.  He has begun to only eat 1/2 to 2/3 of his bottles sometimes.  This is quite a change from our hungry little Ainsley!  


He especially loves to play with his sister.  He smiles for her and laughs at her antics.
